Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law, in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any questions related to the services of this Portal, will be Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise as a result of visiting the Portal or using the services that may be offered therein, GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS and the User agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the area of residence of GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS.

GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS S.L. (the “Company”) is an organisation which processes personal data, and understands its responsibility to design and put into practice procedures that are in line with legal compliance in this area.
