Governing law and jurisdiction

The governing law, in the event of a dispute or conflict of interpretation of the terms that make up this Legal Notice, as well as any questions related to the services of this Portal, will be Spanish law. For the resolution of any conflict that may arise as a result of visiting the Portal or using the services that may be offered therein, GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS and the User agree to submit to the Judges and Courts of the area of residence of GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS.

The Personal Data Protection Policy is a measure of Proactive responsibility that aims to ensure compliance with applicable legislation in this area and, in relation to this, respect for the right to respect and privacy in the processing of personal data of all persons who are related to the Company. 

In the development of the provisions of this Personal Data Protection Policy, the Principles governing the processing of data in the organisation are established and, in turn, the procedures, and the organisational and security measures that the persons affected by this Policy undertake to implement in their area of responsibility. 

To this end, the Management shall assign the relevant responsibilities to the staff involved in diverse data processing operations.

This Personal Data Protection Policy shall apply to the Company, its directors, officers and employees, as well as to all persons who have dealings with it, with the express inclusion of service providers with access to data (“Processing Supervisors”). 

  1. Principles for the processing of personal data

In relation to the above, GREEN HOUSE ENERGY SOLUTIONS S.L. will ensure compliance with the following Principles:

Limitation of the data storage period. Data shall be kept in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes of the processing. 

Integrity and Confidentiality. Data will be processed in such a way as to ensure appropriate security of personal data, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage, by implementing appropriate technical or organisational measures.
